We had a complex project, with 26 motorized blinds, double layers, different transparencies, interlocking corners, tight clearances, and remote control programming complex enough that I was using linear algebra concepts to figure it out. Dave and Derek (installer) were outstanding to work with and did a fantastic job. We had actually started with a different vendor, and to be honest, he had exactly the same products from the same suppliers. The difference was Dave's great can-do attitude, his sharp intellect, and his decades of experience. We were able to work together efficiently to figure out workable solutions, and they often made insightful observations and suggestions. Almost everything turned out perfect on the first go, and the little imperfections got squared away quickly and hassle-free. Very highly recommended.
